The CHPG’s medical team ensures :

  • Gynecological and mammary follow-ups – gynecological cancer screenings (smear, colposcopy, pelvic ultrasound……) and breast cancer (mammography, breast ultrasound, MRI, breast biopsy…)
  • Contraception
  • Surgical treatment of gynecologic and breast pathologies :
    • fibroids, polyps
    • ovarian cysts
    • endometriosis
    • breast pathologies
    • static pelvic disorders (urinary incontinence, genitourinary tract prolapse …)
    • infertility
    • gynecological cancers
    • breast cancers
    • reconstructive breast surgery

If your doctor has decided you must undergo surgery :

Once the procedure date has been set and prior to your admission to the CHPG, you need to be pre-admitted by the admissions office. An appointment for a pre-anesthesia consultation will be scheduled..

You will be hospitalized in a surgery unit that is independent from the maternity, that is to say :

  • outpatient surgery
  • conventional hospitalization

You have the choice between a public or private plan.

In the event of an emergency, you can consult:

  • Maternity department – 2nd floor, Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 6pm
  • Adult Emergency Department from Mondays to Fridays – 6pm to 8am including weekends and public holidays 24/7

Activities

The CHPG’s maternity is a 2 a level maternity, where birth is given to approximately 1000 newborns per year.
