• On Fridays, from 10am to 10.45am with a midwife – location : St Charles swimming-pool in Monaco
• A swim cap, flip flops, bathrobe or towel are necessary.
• You must provide a medical certificate of physical fitness
• Swimming-pool entry according to the applicable rate

• Every 4^th Thursday of the month (excluding public holiday) at 7.30 pm
• Hosted by a male midwife, the scope is to answer future or young dads’ questions related to pregnancy, childbirth, the arrival of a newborn and going home as a family.
• Reservation recommended

Every 1st Tuesday of the month from 12 pm to 1.30 pm
Possibility to eat a meal during the workshop: 10 Euros
